This village still perpetuates a centuries old tradition of using watermills for grinding cereals. There are under 20 mills left. Every mill is used by several tens of villagers and each family can have the mill for 24 hours. I was lucky enough to witness the grinding process itself and discover this amazing story from one of the villagers.
